    Probation, Administration & Estate Litigation


    If a person dies with a will, their estate must be probated. We assist in preparing the petition for the court, notifying debtors, and creditors and attending hearings to get the executor appointed.


    In some cases, when one dies without a will, it is necessary to file a Petition for Administration. We assist in preparing these documents, notifying the appropriate parties.
